WellSouth has the aim of improving health outcomes for people in the Southern district.
WellSouth is a charitable trust and provides primary health care services to residents enrolled with General Practices in the Otago and Southland regions. These services include first contact support to restore people’s health when they are unwell and a range of programmes to improve access to health care services and to promote and maintain good health. WellSouth has the largest geographic region of any Primary Health Network in New Zealand.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality financial advice and support across WellSouth as well as the overall financial management and day to day financial administration of the WSPHN.
The successful applicant will:
- Have proven experience in the production of financial information at a senior management and board level
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to find and develop creative solutions
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to add value to our existing senior leadership team
- Support business performance improvement through provision of high quality information and advice.
