Office Administrator

Two full time roles



WellSouth has the aim of improving health outcomes for people in the Southern district.


WellSouth is looking to employ two Administrators to assist with the provision of the day to day administration requirements of the organisation.  The main tasks will be providing support to our clinical and cooperate teams. Previous experience of working with a diverse service delivery team, preferably within the health or community sector would be ideal. Having several years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds will equip you well for this position.


The candidates will also have:

  • Exceptional General Office/Administration skills which you will provide to the Clinicians and other Managers as required
  • A thorough understanding and proven experience with excel spreadsheets and ability to produce reports 
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills (Customer service training/experience beneficial)
  • The ability to learn fast be adaptable & flexible, and have high energy


Ideally, we would like someone who understands the value of providing high level administration/secretarial/general office support and who would genuinely enjoy working within a diverse and dynamic health care environment.
