WellSouth's Low Cost Food & Transport Map
WellSouth has redeveloped these maps to help address health and wellbeing outcomes associated with food insecurity and complex inequities - the Covid-19 pandemic has only emphasized the need for support in this area. Each map has been updated and designed as an online resource for Primary Care providers and Social Service agencies to use alongside and support patients/clients experiencing food insecurity and financial challenges. However, these maps are also available for anyone in the community to access at any time.
