This Voucher issuing system is no longer available.

All vouchers are now issued by the WellSouth Call Centre Team, who can be contacted by calling 0800 477 115 (option 2) Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (excluding public holidays).

Patients may be issued a voucher if they meet the following criteria:

  • If they are aged 14 or over AND

  • If they have an urgent health need AND

  • Have not had a voucher redeemed in the past 6 months

Once issued, these vouchers will automatically be available to the practice electronically.
You may phone when you are with your patient, or they can phone themselves. Vouchers do have an expiry date, so it is best to phone when a GP appointment has been made.
