WellSouth Services
WellSouth clinical services support general practices to care for patients and support patients to better manage their own health needs. WellSouth provides clinical services for patients enrolled with general practices in Otago and Southland.
Some services, such as Brief Intervention or Outreach, are by doctor or nurse referral only. For other services - diabetes and pre-diabetes self-management support programmes, Walking Away (from Diabetes) or Healthy Living Groups - self-referrals are accepted.
