In-Home Strength and Balance

WellSouth can support you with a safe and effective home exercise programme, if getting out and about is difficult. 

Read the information below to see if you qualify for the programme:

·        Do you need to use your hands to get out of a chair?

·        Are there activities you have stopped because you worry you may fall?

·        Do you need to use a walking aid inside or outside?

·        Have you slipped, tripped, or fallen in the last 12 months?

If you are over 75 (or over 65 and Māori or Pasifika) and answered YES to any of these questions, you may be eligible for free in-home strength and balance support.
