Accuracy and Consistency

WellSouth are currently reviewing the business rules used across five key platforms:

• Thalamus

• WellSouth Claiming Portal

• WellSouth Clinical Programme Sheets

• PMS / Procon Dashboard (relevant for MedTech users only)

• HealthPathways

The aim is to ensure the rules across the above platforms are aligned and working consistently, so programme claims can be submitted and processed accurately. This will help reduce claim issues, make programme eligibility clearer, and save valuable time.

We’ll either action quick fixes and/or high-risk issues within the current version of the WellSouth Portal, or plan updates when the new version of the WellSouth claiming portal is released.
