Type 2 Diabetes Audit Package
WellSouth has developed a ready-to-use Type 2 Diabetes Audit Package, built directly into Thalamus. This tool has been designed to allow you to easily and quickly analyse your practice diabetes data, enabling you to get to the action part of the Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycle much faster. The audit has been provisionally approved for the Cornerstone Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) module - and practices may choose to submit it as part of their Cornerstone accreditation.
